Fit and finish are good, and slide travel is close to zero. The slide spring is very heavy and the sound of the slide when it is cocked and released does not have the cheap metallic sound of some air pistols. Truth: Umarex's replica Glock 17 looks 100% part 4th generation weapon. You think it's the real deal until you sit on the table, hold it in your hand, put the magazine down, and see that it's a BB/CO2 mag. I really like the trigger on the G17 Gen 4. It's small and lightweight, perfect for location shots and action shots. The recoil action is nice and accurate, giving the Glock enough recoil. I have had no issues with the Umarex Glock 17 Gen 4, having tested all Umarex Glocks to date. My favorite version is the Glock 17 4th Gen CO2 BB pistol! If you own an Umarex Glock, get this one too, you won't be disappointed.
